Insight first! Leveraging analytics to engage more digital customers presentation

Customers behaviors are changing: they produce a large number of interaction per day and are even more demanding. We think Analytics are the next big thing and it’s necessary to invest on it to increase customer knowledge and better address customers’ needs. Commercial initiatives are directly depending on insight and on how the bank can leverage all gathered customers big data.

The “Insight First! Leveraging Analytics to engage more Digital Customers” project led jointly by EFMA and Accenture, aims at understanding how much Banks are investing in Analytics, which relevance have for Customer Insights and Interactions topics, also considering the relationship with digital channels.
