- Differentiation based on technologies is easy to replicate
- More and more innovative users experience innovations but no real new services.
We are in a critical period for banks, disruptive changes generally occur when:
- The core business is at stake: the traditional revenue drivers are weakening
- The future is unpredictable: the status of the banks are challenged and more & more new players are entering the market.
Banks must be more ambitious and in line with people aspirations and expectations.
