AI and you

Study

April 2017

Computers cannot think. But increasingly, they can do things only humans were able to do. It is now possible not only to automate but also to augment tasks that require human skills, such as recognizing handwriting, identifying faces, planning, reasoning from partial or uncertain information and even learning.

Technologies able to perform tasks such these, traditionally assumed to require human intelligence, are known as Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Businesses are taking a new look at them because some have improved dramatically in recent years, thanks to some enablers as exponential growth of data, Internet & Cloud diffusion, smarter algorithms and faster processing speed among others.

This survey aims to explore whether and how AI is being used in your organization and more broadly to assess their diffusion in financial services industry around Europe.
