Nowadays, the value proposition of the banks are questioned:
- Differentiation based on technologies is easy to replicate
- More & more innovative users experience innovations but no real new services
We are in a critical period for banks, disruptive changes generally occur when:
- The core business is at stake: the traditional revenue drivers are weakening
- The future is unpredictable: the status of the banks are challenged and more & more new players are entering the market
Banks must be more ambitious and in line with people aspirations and expectations.
