A joint Efma and Accenture initiative, the Efma-Accenture Distribution & Marketing Innovation Awards aim to share worldwide best practices and bring together projects, innovators, and institutions from around the globe to celebrate and reward the very best in the retail banking arena.

All banks are encouraged to identify their most innovative initiatives in seven categories (‘Analytics & Artificial Intelligence’, ‘Digital Marketing & Communication’, ‘Neobanks and Specialized Players’, ‘Offering Innovation’, ‘Phygital Distribution & Experience’, ‘Social, Sustainable Responsible Banking’, ‘Workforce Experience’) and post them on this portal. Submit now!

Awards Ceremony

The best innovation in each category will be awarded during a dedicated event, which will be held in Paris on 16 October 2019.

Moreover, an additional award will be assigned by the Innovation Award Committee to identified banking players who have demonstrated an innovation culture across their organization in the Global Innovator category.
