– A connected tablet providing many features allowing the senior to be in direct link with his relatives: phone/video calls, messages, address book, news diary, photo album, calendar, home services booking,…
– A fall detection wristband with an alert push-button linked to a 24-hour helpline
– A free mobile app that relatives can download in order to stay in touch with their beloved parent and interact with the tablet (calls, messages, photos…), moreover sharing his mood with the whole helping community and adding events on his agenda (also available on a dedicated website)
Taking care of our elderly parents and maintaining them at home has become a major social issue: close family members are looking for new solutions. They want to secure their beloved ones, reassure their relatives and ease their everyday life. According to an OpinionWay study ordered by Groupama, 69% of French people would like to make themselves more available for their parents and take a better care of them. This is why Groupama decided to launch Noé and began to spread a device answering such needs, allowing helping relatives to organise in a better way their elderly parents’ care.
All in all, Noé helps seniors dealing with apartness and loneliness issues, combining existing features to create with the relatives a unique social network which has no true equivalent among our competitors and will allow Groupama to know better its senior customers as well as their relatives.
