Raul started his investment banking career at the beginning of the ‘90s as the founder of Morgan Stanley’s Latin American Equities business in Europe. In 1997, he joined Lehman Brothers to manage the European Equity Research team. While still at Lehman in 2000, Raul was promoted to a broader role, that of Managing Director of Lehman Brothers’ Wealth and Asset Management Division for Europe and the Middle East. Raul joined NCB Capital (the investment banking arm of Saudi Arabia’s largest bank, NCB) in January 2008 as a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, before adding the role of Head of Wealth and Asset Management to his responsibilities. In 2011, he was asked to build a family office for a prominent member of the Saudi Royal Family, which he managed as its CEO in Geneva until 2013. He then returned to the Middle East to manage the Wealth and Asset Management Divisions of Global Investment House in Kuwait before joining the Brazilian bank Bradesco as its International Head of Wealth and Asset Management in 2015. He is currently building both the international Asset Management and Private Banking businesses for the bank, and he is based in London. Raul holds a BA from Tulane University in the US and an MBA from Westminster University in the UK.
