Married to Dorte Kubel (43) (Master of science in chemical engineering) employed in Danish Ministry of the Environment being technical advisor in air pollution. 2 active and lovely children with age of 12 (Christian) and 15 (Anna). I prioritise my family in Dragør, spending time with family and friends in different activities, enjoy my sailing boat both for racing and touring and my interest in wines. I actively take part as a board member in Dragør Sejlklub driving several activities, being sailing instructor, arranging Danish and international regattas etc. Besides this I am actively taking part in and support the activities where our children take part. In addition I try to keep in shape by jogging and walks with our family dog “Elwood” (Airedale terrier). I have been credit analyst including being part of customer teams for large corporate customers and for customers being of strategic importance for the bank. I have been part of projects optimising the credit processes in the branch network, heading a management support and analysis team. • 7 years of experience as management partner and team leader in supporting the Nordic management of Retail Banking in Nordea. This includes driving large business change projects related to developing and implementing new cross Nordic sales processes, branch manager academy, management cascading, building, execution of the future distribution of Nordea (all channels) and a number of supportive activities. • 2 years of experience implementing a Banking Operating Model for Denmark. This includes in close cooperation with management optimising the Danish branch network (branch location and branch format), implementing and anchoring of common sales processes As from December 2012 Head of Processing Household and Corporate, Denmark • Processing Household and Corporate, Denmark is responsible for processing product service deliveries (PSD) for all household and corporate customers in Denmark – except for products and services related to housing. • There are 260 FTEs working in 4 locations in Denmark. • The responsibility includes o Daily performance management of 260 FTEs o Strategic and operational development of processing in Denmark and within the organisation o Take various roles in project set-up driving towards operational efficiency in an end-2-end aspect of all customer related processes, that includes PSD o Member of Operations Denmark Management team o Set the scene and strategy towards internal and external stakeholders
