Jason Biala is a Digital Consultant in the Wells Fargo Virtual Channels Group. Jason joined the Digital Labs Team in 2017 where he actively promotes the labs through weekly tours through the physical lab space and provides various project and pilot support.
Jason began his career with Wells Fargo in 2004 as a Bank Teller and has deep customer service and store channel experience. He has held various positions within Community Banking prior to joining the company’s Virtual Channels Group including Lead Service Manager, Staffing Specialist, and Regional Executive Assistant where he was responsible for supporting over 40 stores in the geographically & ethnically diverse East Bay Region.
Jason most recently served as a Strategy Consultant within the Digital Business Development Team. Prior to that, he served as a Product Analyst focused on supporting and growing the Mobile Center of Excellence within the Mobile Team.
