Lukasz has been working at mBank for 9 years. Currently he is responsible for managing the sales area, customer experience and building business strategy of direct contact channels. Keenly interested in digitalization and robotization of Customer Services. He has experience in building sales, service and customer experience strategies. He is conducting projects providing to improve customer experience and he is participating in the implementation and adaptation of CRM and RTM systems. Winner of last year's edition of the international Contact Center World competition.
