Head of Digital Channels and CRM Banco CTT Portugal

João is Head of Channels and Quality department at Banco CTT. His functions cover the areas of digital channels, branch processes, call center, complaint management and, also, CRM, data science and service quality. He has joined Banco CTT since its beginning, in 2016, leading the initial setup and development of these areas.
João has been working in the banking sector for 20 years, both in the Retail Banking and in Corporate Finance. He has previously worked for Novo Banco and Banco BIG. He graduated in Business Management at Universidade Católica and completed his MBA at INSEAD.
