PRESENT ROLE: MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Head of Organization and Process Chains Direction (2011-2013) The role – with the coordination of about 80 people – includes: - post sales processes optimization, maintenance and evolution (Payments, Banking Products, International Trade, Credits, Securities and Cards, Logistics and Document Management, etc.) in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; -“End to end” business processes reengineering, also through the centralization of activities from Retail and Corporate Business Units; - periodic monitoring of the alignment between post-sales processes and Regulatory documents, and relative updating and integration; - design and implementation of several “core” projects, some characterized by deep innovation content and with impacts cross Business Units (eg.: “Paperless Bank”). - support the Top Management in the guidelines definition and management for the Bank organizational structure - development and implementation of sizing models in order to define the target structures size and roles - development and implementation of methodologies and tools for the Bank processes reengineering RELEVANT CAREER HISTORY AND PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS: - Responsible of Operational Management in PAC Department. (2009-2010) - Responsible of roll-out activities for “PAC” Project and Responsible of Credit and Trade Process Chain within PAC (2007-2008) - Responsible of Budget and Product Monitoring Office for Commercial Banking Department. (2004 – 2006) - Responsible of Planning and Monitoring Unit for the local Area Lazio (130 branches, 2.000 employees) (2002 – 2003) - Responsible of Operational Area at Cuneo Branch (5 branches, 70 employees) (2001 – 2002) - Responsible of Accountability and Controls at Brescia Branch (6 branches, 170 employees) (1999 – 2000)
