Ricardo was two years at McKinsey when he left to embrace the area of Business Development.
In this new experience his main goal was to create and manage a startup in the field of construction equipment renting (machrent.pt).
Under his 5 years’ management, MACHrent was included in the top 5 in the industry.
At 2011 Ricardo returned to McKinsey where he was Associate Principal.
During this 2nd stay at McKinsey it is possible to highlight projects in the domestic market, Spain, Brazil and Angola.
Furthermore, he was involved in the areas of Banking and Telecommunications, always focused on Marketing & Sales (strategy, pricing, product development, distribution strategy, digital transformation).
He also integrates a Leadership Team of a global hub, specialized in Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning.
