Line Munkholm Haukrough is a servant leader working at the nexus of business and technology, striving every day to make a difference for both customers and her team at Danske Bank.
An experienced service design professional, Line has a demonstrated history of working with digital customer experiences. In her current role as Group Head of Digital Banking – Retail Channels at Danske Bank, Line is at the helm of channel development and spearheading digital innovation for retail customers. This spans across different development areas including strategic direction setting; UX and Design; digital sales enablement; open banking and partnerships; and risk and regulatory initiatives. Danske Bank’s digital channels have also been recognized both locally and internationally, having received both Danish and European awards for CX and innovation.
Prior to working at Danske Bank, Line has had a career in Telco and Financial Services, where she has specialized in understanding customer experience and exploring digital and technological trends and possibilities. She possesses a CX mindset with a high degree of curiosity and appetite both navigate through and lead change. She is an empathetic leader focusing on development, results, and collaboration – and she believes in service design thinking as the core for building the experiences of tomorrow. Line has also been a part of several internal talent programs and selected among Denmark’s Top 100 Talents.
Line holds a Master of Economics from the University of Copenhagen and has since attended both Service Design and Interaction Design classes.
