I have been working for Intesa Sanpaolo since end 2005 and I am currently responsible for Customer Experience and CRM in the Retail and SME Division of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, the largest retail Italian retail network. We cover all customer segments ranging from mass market customers to mid corporate clients up to 350 million revenues.
Previously I covered other positions in the same Division and in Banca IMI the investment banking unit of the Group.
Before joining the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2004 and 2005 I have worked for the Capitalia Group as responsible for the affluent segment within Banca di Roma.
From 2000 to 2004 I was Head of Product Management and Marketing Communication in TradingLab Bank, an investment bank of the UniCredit Group focused in serving retail banks and offering covered warrants on the main European Exchanges (Italy, Germany, France, the UK).
From 1998 to 2000 I worked in the Italian Stock Exchange in the Derivatives Unit.
In 1998 I took a Ph.D. in Decision Theory and Financial Mathematics from the University of Trieste and a DEA in Decision Theory from the Ecole Normale Superieure de Cachan in Paris.
In 1995 took a degree in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.
