Ingo Becker is a Director of Disruptive Technologies & Solutions in the Chief Digital Office of Deutsche Bank's Private, Wealth & Commercial Clients (PW&CC) division. Ingo's mission is to combine his expertise in disruptive technology with his extensive experience in various banking products and processes to drive the digital transformation of the bank for Deutsche's Private and Commercial Clients.
Ingo currently acts as product owner for artificial intelligence and distributed ledger technology in the Disruptive Technologies team.
In this role he interacts with internal stakeholders in business, IT and control functions, as well as external partners like other banks, IT solution providers and Fintechs to support Deutsche in building our new digital ecosystem. In this role, he has been identifying and selecting opportunities to develop several Proofs of Concept and leading the real world commercial incubation and implementation of these ideas.
Ingo majored in Work and Organizational Psychology and Statistics (Diploma Justus-Liebig University Giessen).
He is a strong believer in an upcoming new era where the combination of new work styles and life concepts like innovation, diversity and inter-disciplinary collaboration in combination with new technologies like AI, blockchain and IoT will disrupt our beliefs and behavior in every walk of life.
In the odd moment when he is not grappling with blockchains, devices and robots, Ingo loves dancing as a hobby and has had more success with some of the styles than others.
Ingo also continues to work on his skills in coaching and counseling based on system theory.
