Olivier Chédeville is graduated from Lyon Business School and holds a master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Rennes. In 1985 he joins –Banque de Bretagne- initially within the branch network, and soon within the Finance Direction where he realizes the first specialized system, based on artificial intelligence, designed to advice of investment opportunities. From 1987 to 1996 Olivier Chédeville holds several strategic positions in Asset Management and Marketing Retail Banking at Banque Veuve Morin-Pons, a subsidiary of Dresdner Bank in France. In 2000 he joins Société Générale Retail Banking in France where he develops the online banking and phone activities. Today he is Multichannel Deputy Director & Multichannel Strategy Director of Société Générale – Retail Banking in France.
