OGC is a Venture Capital firm focused on FinTech in EMEA founded in Q4 2013 with offices in Amsterdam and London (www.orangegrowthcapital.com). OGC has to date made 8 investments being Salviol, ZOPA, MONI, KNIP, BUX, Legalbase, Safened and Komparu. Prior to founding OGC, Radboud spent 10 years as a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focussed on Financial Services and Private Equity. Prior to McKinsey Radboud worked at TPG, where he worked on M&A and supported the set-up of a Venture Fund Radboud achieved 4 master degrees from the University of Groningen. During the last years Radboud has co-founded 3 companies (Security, Big Data and Construction) and continues to sit on the Board of one of them. Radboud Vlaar is a Dutch Citizen and splits his time between London and Amsterdam, is married and has 3 children.
