Nikolina is Head of CEE Digital Collaboration in UniCredit with over 10 years of experience in banking.
Before moving to Vienna, she was responsible for Customer Experience, Market Research, Complaints Management and Marketing in Zagrebačka banka.
She’s always loved the digital world, and she is especially interested in connecting banking and digital dots. She is also passionate about behavioral economics, Voice of the Customer and FinTech culture.
