Petra Radova studied economics at university in Plzen with the graduation in 1998. She joined Accenture Czech Republic right after the studies building her career in business consulting for the 10 years. Her main areas of expertise were customer relationship management, retail operating and governance models, performance management, direct channels. Meanwhile in 2004, she joined for one year HVB Bank in Prague a head of Strategic Planning Department with the main responsibilities of the retail division planning and reporting. In 2009 she joined Ceska Sporitelna, member of Erste Bank, as a head of Affluent Segment Department. Her main responsibilities are development of the mass and top affluent segments in CS.
