Magda Bilicka

Global Head of Customer Experience for Contact Centres HSBC United Kingdom

Magda Bilicka is currently the Global Head of Service Optimisation across Customer Channels for HSBC where she is accountable for driving the identification and delivery of improvements to our service journeys across the globe.
Magda joined HSBC as part of our UK Retail Branch Network in 2005, where she spent the first 12 years of her career in leadership roles with a key focus on the customer and our people.
In 2017, Magda was appointed as Global Head of Customer Experience for Contact Centres where she became accountable for the overseeing the implementation and sustainment of consistent service standards across the business.
Magda is passionate about continually learning and developing and is currently in her final year of studying for her MBA.
