Nathalie has more than 20 years experience in Bancassurance, on BtoB relationship management, Marketing and Distribution, in various geographies. Since mid-2010, Nathalie is in charge of International strategic marketing, coordination/control of the international network of Marketing and Distribution managers for life and non life (almost 60 sales and marketing people), and best practices / knowledge management, within Credit Agricole Assurances Group. Covering 7 countries in Europe and Asia with 8 operating life and non life companies with wide range of products. Between 2008 and 2010, she has been in charge, for Credit Agricole Assurances, of the Business Support and Development of life insurance, in Eastern Europe and Asia. Previously she has been working during 14 years in BNP Paribas Cardif, in charge of the Marketing and development for life and pensions in Southern and Eastern Europe and Latin America during 4 years, and before worked as sales manager in France, for large corporates, on group pension schemes and employee benefits. She also has experience of networks management in AXA, with regard to employee benefits sales.
