This was achieved through delivering information, training and straightforward product/operational descriptions to both Internal (B2B) and External (B2C) Clients: -Design, packaging and implementation of standardised “campaign” products ofr mass distribution, -Establishment of a Intranet platform; concept and specifications, implementation and maintenance, -Establishment of a online transactional platform for fixed income and “campaign” derivative products -Design & Content development of tailor-made Training Programmes in Derivative Products and Financial Risk Management for various segments of the Retail Bank. -Production of training materials, product descriptions and other marketing initiatives to accompany product launches, -Coordination with other areas of the bank: Communication department for all internal and external press announcements/articles, Corporate identity for all issues relating to Publicity and Branding, Purchasing Department and with the Retail Bank for the organization of customer events. 2000-2003 Citigroup July 2002 – October 2003 Equity Derivatives & Warrants Marketing & Sales LONDON Responsibilities include: -Targeting of internal and third party distribution channels for the distribution of structured products, within our proprietary branding and ‘look & feel’. -Branding co-ordinator for the recently launched ‘Structured Products to Retail’ business, with the aim of establishing brand recognition across 10 European countries through the development of partnerships, targeted marketing campaigns and a focused P.R. strategy. -Developing a web platform for the ‘Structured Products to Retail’ business; concept and specifications development with a view to final implementation. -Developing marketing materials in various languages (customer brochures, banker’s/intermediary’s sales guide) for individual product launches. -Holding product presentations and seminars, as well as the provision of an ‘after-sales’ service to distributors in U.K., Spain and Germany. -Monitoring European-wide competition for structured products June 2000 – June 2002 Warrants MADRID - Assisted the Head of Pan-European Warrants Sales in the co-ordination of seven European centres. - acted as European P.R. coordinator, - was sponsor for the implementation of CRM, - was responsible for the cost control function (budget approx. 10 Million Euro) including implementation of cost reduction measures.
