Michael joined ABN AMRO in October 2007. He was first Operational Manager for DM DP MA for 4 years, then for Data Quality and Delivery. In September 2011, he became Customer Excellence Expert, rolling out the Customer Excellence (CE) program throughout ABN AMRO IT Services & Solutions. In January 2012, he was assigned Customer Excellence Team Lead IT/E2E, by transforming subdomains and Value Chains to the Customer Excellence (CE) way of working throughout ABN AMRO in a lead consultant/project manager role. Since September 2012, Michael is also LEArN Master Trainer at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, teaching LEAN principles to various groups of ABN AMRO employees at LEArN. Michael started his career in May 2000, working at Quality Spares International as Trader in computer spare parts, as Business Development manager for refurbishment projects and as Quality Assurance Manager to obtain ISO certification. He then became Database Solutions Manager at DMC International in May 2005. He is also owner of ACME Software.
