Renata joined Bradesco in 2016. She currently leads the Innovation and Research communications team and is responsible for the open innovation digital platform, which connects the business areas to relevant startups from the ecosystem, helping implementing new solutions for internal challenges.
Before joining Bradesco she was Head of Marketing at HSBC Bank Brazil for 5 years, responsible for Brand, Retail Banking and Wealth Management marketing and communications on all channels.
Prior to her banking experience, Renata held various positions in strategic marketing, brand management, customer insights and competitive intelligence areas, across diverse industry segments, including automotive, consumer goods and consulting. She worked for seven years outside Brazil, in the USA, UK and Germany.
Renata holds both a Master and Bachelor degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP, Brazil, Business Strategy certificate by London Business School and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and German.
