With 14 years of experience in the financial market, I've had the pleasurable and professionally-rewarding opportunity to work in a wide range of settings, with completely different subjects, people and workstyles. Credit policy making, collection strategies, product management, digital sales, digital analytics, and strategy overall are some of my past experiences. I’m currently leading the digital team at Itaú Unibanco, constantly delivering powerful solutions in our mobile apps and internet banking.

Given the impressive rising of mobile banking leading to the daily birth of new fintechs and neobanks and a higher-than-ever pressure from Central Banks, we'll all be dealing with a lot more changes in customer expectations and therefore business uncertainties, making versatily and continuous learning a basic necessity to leaders. All of these fuel my desire to keep growing and exchanging knowledge every day.

On personal notes, I'm 35, married (Mariana) and father to a 4-year-old son (Theo) and a 4-month girl (Liz). I have a BE in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
