Partner EMEA Retail and Business Banking Practice
Simon Low is a Partner in the Retail and Business Banking practice at Oliver Wyman. During Simon’s fourteen years with Oliver Wyman he has worked in depth with major financial institutions in Europe, North America and the Middle East, with a specific focus on retail banking distribution topics. Simon has worked directly with many of Europe’s leading retail banks on a range of issues including market strategy, product strategy with a focus on mortgages, distribution model design, incentives, pricing, sales process and service improvement. Simon is the lead author a number of publications including a study of European mortgage distribution, Changing Channel Choices (with EFMA and Fortis). Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Simon worked at NatWest Group for three years. He has a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
