Mehmet Rustemoglu is the Head of Retail Marketing, in TEB, BNP Paribas subsidiary in Turkey. He leads Retail Banking Marketing activity which is a growth business with a multi-million client scale. Apart from his Product Management mandate, he also manages Affluent and Mass Individual Segments, Customer Analytics and Communication as well as Marketing Communication activities. He is also in charge of one of the most reputable corporate social responsibility activities in the country aiming to increase the financial literacy of the nation. Mehmet joined TEB in 2007 as the Head of Strategy. He was a key contributor in the the transformation of the bank into a major player in the market with his full capacity to devise and execute bank-wide strategies. In his past role, Mehmet facilitated strategic initiatives with multiple million Euro bottom line impact. His key mandates include Post Merger Integration, Sales and Marketing Strategies, Cross Border Expansion, Cost Excellence, Reorganization and Restructuring, Network Expansion and Optimization, Strategic Segmentation, Sales and Service Models, and Customer Segment Strategies Before being named to his current position, Mehmet served as a senior management consultant, and worked with leading management consulting teams operating in EMEA region. During his management consulting practice, he collaborated with management teams of leading global and regional brands in diversified industries to provide concrete guidance in corporate strategies, organic and inorganic growth strategies, sales and marketing initiatives, business transformation and reengineering, competitive market positioning, change management, and corporate restructuring. Mehmet Rustemoglu holds B.S degree from Bilkent University, M.S. degree from University of Pennsylvania, and MBA degree from Bogazici University.
