• As Chief Data and Transformation Officer for DBS Group, Nimish helms the digital
and cultural transformation of the bank. Based in Singapore, Nimish and his team
are responsible for enabling the bank’s strategic agenda to build a strong digital
foundation by driving ambitious innovation, data-driven decision making and an
Agile start-up culture, anchored in excellence in customer and employee
experiences.


Key Career Highlights
• Nimish joined DBS in 2010 in Singapore Consumer Banking Operations where he
had various achievements, including winning the Singapore National Infocomm
Award in 2014 for big data analytics.
• In 2016, Nimish moved to Hong Kong as Chief Information Officer and Head of
Technology and Operations for Hong Kong and China, where his responsibilities
included Technology, Operations and Corporate functions including real estate
and procurement.
• In July 2019, Nimish moved to be Head of Global Transaction Banking
responsible for the banks Corporate Cash, Trade and Custody business
• Nimish assumed the role of Chief Data & Transformation Officer in November
2021 based in Singapore


Professional Background
• Prior to joining DBS in 2010, Nimish worked for DHL Express for 10 years in
various roles including Vice President of Customer Service & Experience for Asia
Pacific based in Singapore, Head of Global Transformation based in Bonn,
Germany and Head of eCommerce based in Brussels, Belgium
