Daniela Vitolo began her career in 1999, specializing in training and developing young banking talent. After one year she joined the research department at the ABI (Italian Banking Association) as an expert and senior marketing analyst. She coordinates research activities in the areas of customer retention and loyalty, CRM, customer channel and multichannel usage, bancarization, commercial performance in retail banking, customer satisfaction, customer experience, banking contact centers, social media, internet and mobile banking, digital marketing and integrated communication, and bancassurance.
She has a degree in Economics and an MBA.
