He developed distinctive digital banking capabilities for a large leading retail bank in Europe and collaborated with a leading trading, investment and technology company focusing on multi-asset trading and investing in global capital markets.
Pedro also undertook the rare experience of developing a true challenger and fully licensed digital banking model from inception as part of a FinTech Venture Fund. This digital bank has become a leader in its target segment growing AUMs to EUR 2B+ and acquiring more than 30% of market share.
More recently, he crafted and executed a comprehensive multichannel and digital transformation program for one of the largest banking groups in the Middle East, focusing on retail banking and wealth management.
Pedro has a proven track record transforming traditional market approaches into groundbreaking concepts through market-driven insights and a flair for banking innovation, while leading large, cross-functional teams to consistently elevate operational performance.
