EVP, Head of Digital Strategy and Fintech innovation Bank Hapoalim International (BHI)I have spent most of my professional life in the IT Industry in different roles. I started my career in Technology, moved to Business Development and Innovation.
I have been in my current role as Head of Digital at Bank Leumi for almost a year now. Since day one, my view has been to change the way Digital banking is being perceived; from a self-service tool to a customer-centered banking model. This entails understanding our customer needs and coming up with the appropriate solution.
I manage a team of 20 people with a passion for Technology, Design and of course Banking.
Leumi Digital is a cross-platform product that speaks the digital language: Mobile, Web and ATM.
I have a B.A. in Computer Science and Management and an MBA in Management and Business Strategy.
