Emre Ergun

Chief Customer Operations Officer Vodafone Turkey

With effect from October 30th, 2017, Mr. Emre Ergun was appointed to Vodafone Turkey Customer Operations Director role responsible for Customer Operations, Digital Channels and Sales, Digital Product Management, Digital Experience and Omni-Channel Management areas within the company.
Prior to Vodafone, He held Group Director - Marketing Payment Systems and Customer Interaction Center role at TEB following a stint as the Vice President - Retail Banking and Distribution Channels in Fibabanka where he led the bank’s Digital and Multi-Channel Strategy.
Previously, he worked as Vice President – Retail Banking in Credit Europe Bank in Ukraine and Romania, respectively.
Mr. Ergun also held various roles in Direct Sales, Branch Sales, Tele-Marketing and Contact Center, Consumer Financing, Product Marketing, Customer Relations Management and Market Research in Finansbank and Citibank.
He holds an BBA degree from the Boğaziçi University as well as a Master’s Degree in Banking from the Marmara University.
