She is responsible for the development of the retail strategy for the entire group, ensuring our position as one of the most successful banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe.

The development and redesign of our retail banking business model for our 7 countries focusses on the development of a new financial health positioning with focus to prosperity and wellbeing of our clients and the whole region. This is underlined with the development and implementation of new branch & advisory concepts and the management of group wide projects on strategic priorities and processes.

Poppe has over 24 years of experience in developing and implementing Retail Banking strategies, especially in Marketing and Asset Management. Before the current position, the graduate in business administration was responsible for the Retail Strategic Projects unit of Erste Group, pervious positions include Head of Group Retail Product Management Securities in Erste Group and Head of Marketing in DekaBank.
