Mathieu Staniulis has been with Desjardins for over 20 years. He served in senior management positions since 2006, and holds an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke (Canada). Mr. Staniulis boasts an excellent track record which shows his expertise of virtual channels and client care centres, and continually helps to position Desjardins in this branch of the financial services market. He now holds the position of Vice-President and Chief Omnichannel Transformation Officer and plays a key role to speed up the shift to a member/client culture by coordinating the effort to ensure members and clients receive the best possible omnichannel experience.
He previously managed the complete redesign of both Desjardins’ website and AccèsD & AccèsD Affaires transaction sites, for which he was awarded the “2016 PMI Award for Project Excellence” from the Project Management Institute, recognizing excellence in project management at the international level.
Founder of the Desjardins Junior Executives network in 2010, he successfully designed many networking and development activities for the 500 Desjardins junior executives under the age of 35, a network that is still very successfully popular.
