Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge until Tuesday 15 October.
If you decide to cancel your participation from Wednesday 16 October, you will be charged 100% of your registration fee unless medical certificate provided.

If you are not able to come to the event, please send a substitute delegate as no reimbursement will be made.

This event will most likely be recorded and photos will be taken. By registering to and attending this event, you authorize Efma to, directly or indirectly, include your image and voice and also to reproduce without restriction, disseminate, exploit in whole or in part, as well as edit these excerpts or these images which may be used for promotion purposes, on different communication channels.
