Each participant must pay the cost of his or her accommodation directly to the hotel before departure.
An automatic confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours after your registration.
The registration fee covers participation in the Wallet and Personal Financial Managements Tools conference, documents, lunches and coffee breaks. Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Efma reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate who has not paid his or her invoice prior to the event. We welcome late-bookers, but credit card information must be provided.

- 1,800 euros* for representatives of non-member institutions
*VAT not applicable. All registrations are strictly individual.
Please note that all cancellations will be charged. They must all be received in writing.
From the day you make your registration until Thursday 9 February 2017, you will be charged 20% of your registration fee.
From Friday 10 February until the event, you will be charged 100% of your registration fee unless medical certificate provided.
If you are not able to come to the event, please send a substitute delegate as no reimbursement will be made.
Due to Covid-19, our physical events will be postponed to 2021. We will keep you posted on any further developments regarding this matter.
