Recognizing the best practices in the retail banking distribution and marketing arena are essential for the constant growth within the financial industry. The 4th Edition of the Efma–Accenture Distribution & Marketing Innovation Awards Ceremony brought hundreds of bankers from all over the world together to acknowledge, award and spread awareness by sharing the endless possibilities innovation bring to banking.
Over the past several months, 216 institutions from 61 countries submitted innovations that fit into eight categories (Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Physical Distribution, Digital Distribution, Payments & Wallets, Salesforce & Change Management, Big Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Best New product or service) and posted them on the innovation portal. 467 innovations were submitted, and votes were casted to determine the best innovations, who are:

Moreover, two additional awards were presented by the Innovation Award Committee to identify the Most Disruptive Innovations and banking’s Global Innovators. Attendees also participated in deciding the most disruptive innovations through the first-ever live voting process.
