Efma clubs


Senior executives in retail financial services are faced with an extremely complex environment, characterized by increasing regulatory constraints, a particularly challenging economic context and significant technological breakthroughs.

In order to increase the intensity and frequency of peer exchanges at domestic level, Efma launched a series of Clubs of Decision Makers whose aim is to create a relaxed environment, with up-to-date synthesis documents, in which senior executives can discuss issues of concern for them. Two or three online meetings a year are scheduled, hosted in most cases by a member institution.

The members of a Club are members in a personal capacity and are asked to be replaced, in case of impediment, only by a direct collaborator, in order to preserve the homogeneity of the group.

It is the members of a Club who decide on the agenda of the topics to be discussed. It is Efma's partner, McKinsey for the Bankers' Clubs and Roland Berger for the Insurers' Clubs, who feeds the discussions with his analyses, data and research.
