A block of rooms has been provisionally reserved for the nights of 24,25 and 26 June 2019 at the Royal Lancaster London.
The cost of a superior room for a single use per night is: £244.00
The cost of a superior room for a double use per night is: £273.00

Registration
The registration fee for this learning expedition covers: documents, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners and soft drinks from Tuesday 25 June 2019 to Thursday 27 June 2019, transportation in the city, institutions visits and sightseeing visit.
Registration fee must be paid in full prior to the event. Efma reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate who has not paid his or her invoice prior to the event. We welcome late-bookers, but credit card information must be provided.
Registration fee
- 2.950 euros for representatives of Efma member institutions.
- 4.425 euros for representatives of non-member institutions.
VAT not applicable.
Cancellation
If you cancel your registration before Thursday 25 April, it's free of charge!
For a cancellation made between Friday 26 April and Tuesday 11 June, you will be charged 20% of your registration fee.
From Wednesday 12 June until the event, you will be charged 100% of your registration fee unless medical certificate provided.
If you are not able to come to the event, please send a substitute delegate as no reimbursement will be made.
