Why agile? Agile organizations have a flexible structure that can be adjusted to best respond to business challenges.
The financial sector is undergoing a digital transformation. It needs innovative partners to create competitive solutions and get success.
Open banking is the shift from closed to open banking models. Bank products, services, functions and data are shared with 3rd parties to add additional value and create new business models. Faced with a constantly changing competitive environment, banks are on the lookout for new growth drivers and new levers to better satisfy the needs of their customers.
By 2025, risk functions in banks will likely need to be fundamentally different than they are today. As hard as it may be to believe, the next ten years in risk management may be subject to more transformation then the last decade.
The biggest challenges for SMEs are business finance management and forecasting cash flow. Banks are perfectly placed to help them. But first, they have to change their way of building an offer and the relationship with them.
How insurers respond not just to the pandemic’s impact but to longer-term shifts in technology, the economy, and consumer preferences will be critical. Indeed, generating continuous innovation in insurance policies, sales strategies, operations, and customer experience could turn out to be the best differentiator in the future.

It was very great experience to organize our “InnovationDay19” event in collaboration with Efma. Efma helped us to tailor this event by facilitating on-site professional speakers and bankers which have the same positioning in other regional markets. At the end, we had a rich session thanks to Efma involvement with much positive feedbacks from the audience.
We asked Efma to help us understand the value proposition of other banks in the SME field. The result was a perfectly organized trip that enabled us to learn first-hand about our topics of interest. The trip was very insightful and we thank the Efma team for that.
