The Covid-19 pandemic has ushered in a new working reality for millions of people. Is it here to stay? An upcoming webinar will address that question and more.

Facebook recently told their employees they could work from home for the rest of 2020. Twitter went further and told employees they could work from home forever. These types of announcements are cropping up everywhere. What had been a steadily increasing trend has now been turbocharged thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic. With large swathes of the global population required to stay home in order to reduce the spread of the virus, companies find themselves having to radically alter their way of working in a very short period of time. Some companies and employees are embracing their newfound freedom. Others are struggling to get equipment to employees and maintain their standards of operations.

As the coronavirus looks set to be a fixture of daily life all across the globe for the near (and possibly far) future, institutions are confronted with important questions regarding the future of their workforces. How do you maintain and boost productivity remotely? How do you build trust and purpose within your team when you can’t meet in person? How do you innovate and push boundaries from your couch? How do you implement an enterprise-wide digital transformation?

It is these questions and more that will be addressed in an upcoming webinar with Philipp Kristian Diekhöner. When it comes to big questions regarding the future of work, Philipp is well qualified to provide insight on what type of world we might be entering. Philipp is a trust futurist, innovation strategist, TEDx speaker and author of The Trust Economy. He has also advised Fortune 500s, C-Suites and technology disruptors on building a brighter digital future. From Singapore, he will provide his thoughts on the current situation and what the future holds.

The webinar coincides with the recent release of the Efma report “Covid-19 and the workforce: a new normal?” As you adjust to your new working reality and plan for the future, you will want to hear what Philipp has to say on the topic.

This webinar will take place on June 11th 10.30 - 11.30 PARIS | 12.30 – 13.30 DUBAI | 16.30 – 17.30 SINGAPORE. It is open to all and you can sign up here.
