Today, Efma published its newest edition of its Voice of the Members series, entitled “The Future Branch.” The publication interviews more than a half dozen managers and directors from across the world to provide a comprehensive look at the future of branches in the banking ecosystem.

Even with major digital transformations underway in the banking world, there is universal agreement among banking managers on the continued importance of the bank branch. As we head into the third decade of the 21st century, customers have evolving views on branches and how they fit into their banking needs.
