Efma members and non-members from financial institutions have from 6 until 17 May 2019 to vote for the winners of the fourth annual Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards.

The Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance program is a joint initiative that aims to reward the most innovative distribution and marketing projects developed by insurance companies across five continents.

“We created a place where the whole insurance ecosystem is able to showcase their innovations,” said Yasmine Zeggane, Efma’s Deputy Head of Strategic Partnerships and project leader for the awards initiative.

"We can see that insurers have now entirely digitized their processes from underwriting to claims management and that they are now exploring new business models and building ecosystems to offer new services to their customers and becoming an everyday partner in their life," said Boris Plantier, Efma’s Strategic Content Manager.

This year, Efma received 395 innovations from 287 institutions in 54 countries, a new record of submissions. An expert panel have selected nominees for awards in seven different categories. Both Efma members and non-members can vote for the winners in each of the seven categories by visiting www.efma.com/nominees19 and selecting their top three innovations per category.
