To meet your needs
- Initially, the consultant-trainer will help you determine your precise needs.
- We then draw up detailed specifications with you.
- If necessary, we meet people in your organisation whose input can help finalise the training specifications and we organise roundtables in order to refine the programme.
- Finally, Efma makes available its comprehensive reference documents, including the content of conferences where this can contribute to the training theme selected.
Contributors
- Efma entrusts your project to a coordinator who has experience as a consultant and trainer in your field.
- Depending on your needs, the programme can be organised in French or English.
- The venue is decided by the client, in France or abroad.
