Tailored training

Services

  • Meeting specific needs which traditional training programmes cannot satisfy (in particular for reasons of confidentiality).
  • Coordinating events such as general meetings and company conventions.
  • Preparing conferences for targeted company employees: sales people, management and senior staff.

Target groups

  • Our tailored training actions target a wide range of groups: training for marketing and sales teams, coordinating general meetings, management seminars, customer training for sales engineers responsible for major accounts in the technology sector, etc.

To meet your needs

  • Initially, the consultant-trainer will help you determine your precise needs.
  • We then draw up detailed specifications with you.
  • If necessary, we meet people in your organisation whose input can help finalise the training specifications and we organise roundtables in order to refine the programme.
  • Finally, Efma makes available its comprehensive reference documents, including the content of conferences where this can contribute to the training theme selected.

Contributors

  • Efma entrusts your project to a coordinator who has experience as a consultant and trainer in your field.
  • Depending on your needs, the programme can be organised in French or English.
  • The venue is decided by the client, in France or abroad.

The assignments entrusted to us have included

  • Coordinating a bank management committee on brand impact and business development.
  • Coordinating training for a bank’s marketing teams (retail markets, corporate banking, wealth management, structured products) on methods and tools for promoting innovation in banking.
  • Participation in a convention for banking executives on the development of distribution channels, concurrently with distribution via non-bank channels.
  • Participation in a seminar for managers from a finance company on the principles of customer loyalty actions.
  • Coordinating a convention for a bank’s multi-product sales teams, based on the principles of the management of a portfolio of customers.
  • Training of sales engineers responsible for major accounts at a computer service firm on the challenges and opportunities of Sepa.
