Efma-Microsoft Banking Advisory Council
The Efma Banking Advisory Council was formed in 2005. Its membership consists of an exclusive group of Senior Executives from leading retail banking institutions across Europe. For the fourth year a series of meetings of the Council is organised by Efma in partnership with Microsoft.
Its aim and objective is to create a blueprint for the future of financial services delivery. The focus is on distribution issues but we tend to discuss all aspects of retail banking strategy and delivery.
The Advisory Council meets 4 times a year to discuss the following issues and outline architectures that respond to the strategic approaches identified during those meetings. The findings of this 3rd series of meetings was presented at the Efma Congress 2008.
