About Information Centre

 

The Efma Information Centre collects and makes available to its members information in the field of financial management and marketing in Europe and internationally. It focuses on information in the following areas: customer approach, customer relationship management, marketing, distribution channels, online financial services, banking products and services, cards and means of payment, insurance and bancassurance, strategies of financial institutions.
The Information Centre can draw on a library of articles selected from the specialised international press (100 publications are analysed and approximately 800 articles are stored annually), books (approximately 180 acquired annually, in English and French) and special reports on specific themes.

  • Moreover, the information specialists are available to carry out customised documentary searches on behalf of employees of any member organisation. The Information Centre has a reading room which is available for use by members, by prior appointment.
