Efma is an association which gathers more than 2,400 financial brands from 112 countries including 80% of the top 20 European financial institutions.

Under Efma by-laws, only European financial institutions can be full members of the association: commercial banks, private banks, merchant banks, cooperative and mutual banks, savings banks, insurance companies, insurance mutuals, bankinsurance companies, post office financial organisations, stockbroking firms, specialised credit institutions, payment systems, etc.
