Efma offers research services in partnership with leading international consulting firms. Banks are also invited to invest in these studies as an opportunity to show their support on a specific subject and gain visibility in the industry.

Efma members benefit from exclusive access to a dozen reports published each year. These member-only reports give valuable international insight into specific aspects of the industry and relevant decision support. Efma also presents the reports to banking and insurance professionals during a series of interactive meetings held in major cities throughout Europe. About 50 such meetings were held in 2008. These reports have become an authoritative source of information for retail bankers, as they provide a local overview and an open opportunity to approach locals about the subject matter.

Our upcoming studies include:

  • World Insurance Report 2009 – Capgemini
  • Customer service in Europe 2009 – Finalta
  • Consumer finance in Central and Eastern Europe – Roland Berger and KBC
