Retail Banking Advisory Council on Distribution
The Efma Retail Banking Advisory Council was formed in 2005 and its founding meeting took place in Barcelona on October 27th. Its membership consists of an exclusive group of Heads of Retail Distribution from leading banks across Europe.
The Retail Banking Advisory Council meets 4 times a year. This fifth series of annual meetings focuses on the following issue:
Transforming banking to reflect the new economic environment

- 28 October 2009 in Paris (in the framework of the 37th Efma Congress)
- 26 January 2010 in Berlin (hosted by Deutsche Bank)
- 27 May 2010 in Milan (hosted by CheBanca!)
- 30 June 2010 in Madrid (hosted by Santander)
- 23 September 2010 in Amsterdam (hosted by ING)
The meetings generally begin at around 10:00am and conclude at 4.00pm, thus allowing participants to travel on the same day.
